M1 Plan is great value!

The 52-week M1 Plan has been awesome. It's so helpful for tracking my metrics and I even used a referral code at checkout to save a few bucks. I was wondering if the Ultrahuman Ring Air is waterproof, cause that would be great.

Consistent experience with Ring Air

This was my second purchase from Ultrahuman; I lost my first Ring Air and decided to get a new one. Just like last time, the process was smooth. I already had my sizing down, so I skipped the kit. The new ring arrived promptly, and setting it up with my existing account was easy. I really value the consistency. The app and data insights are still as useful as I remember, especially the workout zone recommendations. It's why I came back instead of trying a different brand. They seem to have their logistics pretty well sorted out, which is a big plus for me.

Good value on the 52-week plan

I decided to go for the 52-week M1 Plan this time. It seemed like the best bang for my buck compared to doing the shorter plans repeatedly. The per-week cost was definitely lower that way. Setup was easy, and the sensors arrived without any issues. I'm hoping to get a lot of good data over the year. It felt like a smart financial move given how much I plan to use it for tracking my metabolic health. So far, no complaints about the value.

M1 plan was helpful

Got the 2-week M1 Plan to try it out. It was cool seeing my glucose data in real-time after eating different stuff. Made me think more about my snacks. The sensor stuck on well and didn't bother me. It was pretty neat overall.

Ring Air: good, delivery okay

I ordered the Ultrahuman Ring Air after seeing some reviews online. The ordering process on their website was straightforward enough, no real hiccups there. It took about 6 days for the Ring Air to arrive, which was within the shipping estimate, though I've had faster deliveries from other places. The ring itself feels well-made and comfortable to wear. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now, and the sleep tracking seems pretty consistent. The app interface is decent, a bit of a learning curve to figure out all the metrics but it gives a good overview. I haven't had to contact support, so I can't speak to that. Overall, it's a solid product, but nothing revolutionary in terms of the shopping experience.

Thinking of getting the 52-week M1 Plan for the CGM. Is it cheaper to go for the full year up front, or is it basically the same as monthly?

F Faith Y. 1 month ago
Definitely cheaper to get the annual plan. They usually give a pretty good discount for committing to the full year, like 15-20% off compared to paying monthly.

Oh yeah, always go for the longer plans if you know you'll use it. Way better value than month-to-month.

I have an influencer code for $50 off the Ring Air, but I also saw a bundle deal with the M1 Live. Can I use both? Or is it one or the other?

S Shane 2 months ago
Nah, usually you can't stack codes. If you're getting a bundle, the price is already reduced, so the referral code probably won't work on top of that.

Most sites are like that, one discount per order. You'll have to choose which one gives you a better deal overall.

Anyone switched from Oura to Ultrahuman Ring Air? What's your take? Is it actually better for tracking sleep/recovery?

C Carly 2 months ago
I did! The data feels more actionable for me with Ultrahuman, and the insights are a bit deeper. Plus, it's way lighter.

I wouldn't say 'better' necessarily, but definitely different. The continuous glucose integration is a huge plus if you're into that. Sleep tracking is solid on both, imo.

Can you actually return the M1 sensors if you order too many or decide not to use them? They're kinda pricey.

R Rachel Lindqvist 2 months ago
I think you can if they're totally unopened and sealed in the original packaging. Check their site, but I remember seeing that.

Yeah, if the box is still sealed you should be good for a return. Once you open it though, it's yours.

Does the Ring Air connect with Apple Health? Like, will my steps and sleep automatically show up there if I'm using the Ultrahuman app?

R Renee 1 month ago
Yep, it integrates fine with Apple Health. You just gotta give it permission in the app settings.

Mine syncs pretty seamlessly. Sleep, activity, it all pulls over.
